S ### Sivan Founder & Lead Investor "I started this company because I was tired of losing money to property managers who didn't understand what it means to be an investor. Now I help others avoid the same costly mistakes I made." 15+ Years Investing Personal Portfolio ## OUR STORY For 15 years, we built our real estate investment portfolio of single and multi-family properties. Along the way, we hired over **10 different property management companies** to handle our investments. Each time, we were left disappointed. Not a single one had the mindset of an investor. None took the extra step needed to truly protect our investments. We were continually forced to step in and manage our properties ourselves. We experienced firsthand the hidden fees, the mysterious maintenance markups, the passive management that let small problems become expensive disasters. We watched our ROI bleed out through incompetence and apathy. We realized there was a **critical gap in the market**: property management companies that truly understand the needs and goals of real estate investors. So we decided to become the solution. The Property Management Doctor was born from frustration—and built to cure it. Our Journey ## From Owners to Managers 2010 ### The Beginning Arrived and started buying properties in Tampa, FL. 2010 - 2016 ### Hands-On Experience Bought, renovated, sold, and self-managed over 300 properties. Learned every nut and bolt of the business. 2017 ### The Pivot Moved to a third-party management company to scale, but faced quality issues. 2020 ### Project Mastery Managed large-scale renovations ranging from $300k to $1M. Mastered the art of value-add. 2024 ### The Property Management Doctor Established our own management company to provide the level of service investors actually need. ## Our Core Values The principles that guide every decision we make for your property. ### Investor DNA We think like owners because we are owners. Every dollar spent is scrutinized as if it were our own. ### Radical Transparency No hidden fees. Transparent Markups. Complete visibility into your asset's performance. ### Proactive Care We fix problems before they become expensive disasters. Preventative maintenance is our religion. ### Relationship First We view our clients as partners, not just paychecks. Your success is literally our success. ## Meet The Team The experts behind The Property Management Doctor.
