OUR STORY
For 15 years, we built our real estate investment portfolio of single and multi-family properties. Along the way, we hired over 10 different property management companies to handle our investments.
Each time, we were left disappointed. Not a single one had the mindset of an investor. None took the extra step needed to truly protect our investments. We were continually forced to step in and manage our properties ourselves.
We experienced firsthand the hidden fees, the mysterious maintenance markups, the passive management that let small problems become expensive disasters. We watched our ROI bleed out through incompetence and apathy.
